I’m building a conference and community that brings young professionals together through shared learning, conversation, and connection.
After college, I missed the built-in environment for learning and meeting people beyond my bubble. I wanted to keep learning while building relationships beyond one city or industry.
As founder and Executive Director, I’m shaping the concept and program, recruiting a team, developing workshops, and coordinating speakers and event logistics.
Our speaker network includes World Bank, Amazon, Google, OpenAI, Slalom, Harvard, and C-suite leaders.
People do not engage because a program exists. They engage when its identity, programming, and outreach make them feel it was designed for them.
From a shared need for connection to a program that brings people together.
